WINES
Reds
Chancellor- Garnet color with a nose of fresh grapes, you'll find hints of cranberry up front with plum on the finish. Good with main dishes.
St. Croix- A rich mouth feel from start to finish, with a nose and lingering taste dark fruits and black currant. Compares to classic Italian style wines, pairing well with pasta and pizza.
Sabrevois- A gorgeous deep color in a medium bodied wine, Sabrevois features aromatics of spice, black cherry and a hint of cinnamon on the finish. A match with cheeses.
Marechal Foch - This smooth varietal boasts an earthy nose, balanced tannins and a long berry finish. A French style wine in name and taste. Great with spicy foods.
Prospect Hill Red- Our bold blend of Frontenac and Marechal Foch grapes brings together dark berry flavors
and earthy undertones. Perfect with grilled foods.
Sunset Red- Our Frontenac and Chancellor blend boasts a bright acidity, notes of chocolate and a hint of plum. Try with lean meats and poultry.
Prospect Noir- This medium bodied blend of Marquette and Landot Noir grapes features blackberry flavor and a hint of black pepper on the finish. Pair with lighter meals.

Whites
Elvira-This crisp white wine has a fruity nose, while on the palate it has the flavor of apple and citrus. An unique white wine best served chilled.
Edelweiss- Our Edelweiss has a light floral nose with a complex fruit taste with hints of pear and lime. It has a smooth finish and can be compared to a dry Riesling.
Prospect Hill White- This blend of our white grapes features bright aromatics, in smooth wine with the lingering flavor of apricot and tropical fruit.

Rosés
Prospect Hill Rosé- Made with our early pressed red St. Vincent grapes, you'll note tastes of strawberry, citrus, and pink grapefruit in a crisp, light, easy-to-drink wine.
Harvest Red Rosé- Our early pressed red Sabrevois grapes boast a lovely pink hue with red raspberry and cherry flavors. It's a summertime treat.

Since opening in 2008 to the public, Prospect Hill Winery & Vineyard has very minimally raised prices. We grown and tend to our own grapes and handcraft award winning wines year after year. This year we will be raising our prices to align with the current market price of wine and to cover our supply costs. We are looking forward to the 2025 season and can't wait for you to taste our incredible wines!
